Homework:

Read 30 minutes and record your time.
Record ALL of your assignments in your planner, and THEN have it signed by a parent.

Reading: "The Odyssey" reading comprehension questions due Monday, 5/6.

Language Arts: No assignment.


Math:  Homework and Remembering 9-1
  If you are interested in ordering a calculator for your student, we will be placing an order on Thursday, May 2, 2013.  Mrs. Bailey has the note for more information.

Social Studies: "Africa Conflict" worksheet due Monday  African Countries Here

Study the countries of Africa. Make sure that you know the following countries: Egypt, Sudan (both), Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Mali, Kenya, Somalia, South Africa, Nigeria, Niger, Algeria, Morocco, Libya, Ghana, Mozambique, Uganda, Chad and Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Science:  Due next Wednesday is your poster and 10 facts.  You will be sharing your knowledge with the class.  Be prepared to share 2 minutes worth of information.  DON'T FORGET TO SET ASIDE MAY 10TH FOR OUR STAR PARTY!!!  It will start at 8:00.  Families invited.
