Science Experiment.....How strong is a dome?
Students learned about the strength of Mother Nature's dome and talked about the architecture of Ancient Rome. Romans are famous for their development of the arch and dome and now the students understand why.

Math: We worked on metric units and customary units of capacity. In class, you should have finished questions 9-11 on page 308. There is no other homework.
Science: Homework is to complete the review for the test tomorrow on Heat, Light, and Sound. Due tomorrow. Remember to keep drawing your moon phases and be sure and check out at least two constellations -- due April 11.
Social Studies: Rome map colored/labeled- due tomorrow. Debates tomorrow. You may bring olives, grapes, or cucumber slices to eat during the debates. This is an option.
Glog Information: Students were given several weeks of class time/homework to complete the Glog assignment. They were also given an opportunity to have an extra 45 minutes of help yesterday afternoon while everyone else was in music. Many students chose NOT to use this time for extra help to finish the Glog assignment. Students have until 10:00 pm tonight to have this assignment turned in for credit.
