Keyboarding: Students will need to have 20 minutes per week outside of class computer time on EduTyping. Students will be given some time in class to practice as well. Next block for a time grade is from December 3 to December 17 and students should have 40 minutes in that block.
Reading: Spelling test #13 More Prefixes, today. Rewrites for half back must be written 7 times, correctly, in cursive with a parent signature, due Wednesday, 12/12/12. There will be no spelling test next Monday, 12/17, because of the Class Spelling Bees. Our school is participating in the National School Spelling Bee this year. Five sixth graders will be selected from a Sixth Grade Spelling Bee that will be held Friday, January 4, 2013. In order to select sixth graders for that bee, a Color Class Spelling Bee will determine 5 representatives in each class on Monday, 12/17, and possibly 12/18, if needed. SRI/Reading goal with student and parent signatures, due 12/12/12.
Language Arts: Prepositions Review Quiz on Thursday, December 13. If you didn't learn them the first time, LEARN THEM NOW. The students who memorized them before will only need to brush up on them for the test.

Science: Study for your Microorganisms Science TEST Dec. 12. (Wednesday) There is a practice test on Edmodo, all of our videos to help you remember, and your science notebook full of notes.
