Reading: All questions (3 books) due on Monday, February 25th, stapled and put into home base color basket.

Language Arts: Memorize poem: "The Parts Of Speech." Due: March 4. MyAccess.com essay due: March 4. 

Math: Test fix, if you did not pass Unit 5 Test.   Corrections due to Mrs. Boehme or Mrs. Bailey by Friday.  Pg 252 # 19-24 Due Friday

Science (Coombs):  Draw a poster for the "Sunwise Poster" contest.  It is due next Thursday - February 28, 2013.  Bring questions tomorrow and I'll answer them.  Have fun with this and do your best work.  I'm looking forward to the science projects tomorrow!

Elk Ridge Middle School Registration Meetings on Wednesday, February 20 at either 5:30 or 7:00.  It is important that parents and students attend one of the two meetings.


Are you concerned about public education and new laws impacting education?  You can attend a Town Hall meeting with state legislators from the Jordan District area tonight, Tuesday, February 19 at 7:00 at Elk Ridge Middle School.

Reading: Students were given their SRI Graphs. These are to be discussed with parents, signed and returned by Tuesday, February 19th. Graphs should show an upward trend in the blue area or above. One more SRI test will be given before conferences.

Language Arts: Memorize poem: "The Parts Of Speech." Due: 3/4. MyAccess.com essay due: 3/4.  Work on it ten minutes each night, and then it won't be so overwhelming to finish before it's due. 

Math: Complete homework sheet 5-18 for Friday.  The Remembering side is EXTRA CREDIT.
